January Therapeutic Yoga Series: Health & Wellness 2026

 

Start the new year with a steady, nourishing yoga routine.

 

Over the years of teaching,  we've seen one thing proven time and again: the most powerful benefits of yoga come not from doing everything at once, but from showing up consistently. Week after week, month after month.

Yoga is deeply transformative, but it isn't a quick fix. A single class can bring calm and release, but lasting change comes from building a regular rhythm. That's where the magic happens - in the cumulative effect of a sustained practice.

 

Like many of my students, I know consistency isn't always easy. Life gets busy, distractions creep in, and habits slip. That's why I created the January Yoga Series: Health & Wellness - a supportive, structured way to help you establish (or re-establish) a steady practice to carry you into 2026.

 

How it works

* Start Date: Thursday, 1 January 2026

* Duration: One month (14 sessions in total)

* Delivery: You'II recieve an email three times a week - Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays - with a private YouTube link to a new Love Yoga video. Simply click on the link.

* Session Length: Each pre-recorded class is around 30 minutes, so you can practice at a time that works best for you

* Goal: Complete 3 sessions per week to build momentum. If you already attend a weekly class, this series is the perfect complement to support your growth

If you miss a day, no stress. You'II have flexibility to catch up anytime during the week. Along the way, you'll also recieve motivational emails to keep you inspired and supported.

Drawing from my experience as a Yoga Therapist and teacher, this series is designed to be therapeutic, accessible, and beneficial for all levels* - supporting both physical and mental well-being. Each session is thoughtfully structured to help guide the body between states of activity and rest. Through this 'lifting and lowering', we cultivate greater resilience & flexibility within the autonomic nervous system, vital for overall health and well-being. 

Each Saturday session will have a more relaxed focus and will include a guided relaxation practice - an invitation to explore the deliciousness of rest and of small, mindful movements that help the body soften, release, rejuvenate and replenish.

January is full of "yoga every day' challenges, but daily commitments can sometimes feel overwhelming or discouraging if you miss a day. This series takes a different approach - focusing on consistency, not perfection. It's about steady progress, self-care, and creating something sustainable.
