At 'Love Yoga London' we specialise in providing pregnancy and postnatal yoga in Twickenham, Richmond & Isleworth.

Classes aim to empower pregnant women during their journey into motherhood, as well as provide an opportunity for new mums to return to full health and fitness.

" I took the 'Love Yoga' pregnancy classes from my second trimester and I am so glad I did. Sammie's classes helped me to deal with pregnancy pains like sciatica & lower back pain, as well as preparing the pelvic floor for D-day. Being in a small group you also get to know other mums in the local area at a similar stage of pregnancy, which is great for sharing experiences. The best part is that I was able to use many of the breathing techniques and yoga postures that I learnt in the class during labour. I found these classes to be so beneficial that I didn't think twice to join the postnatal yoga class two months after giving birth, where I learnt some easy techniques to relax, stretch and work the pelvic floor & mummy-tummy!
