3-Night Therapeutic Yoga Retreat in Dorset​​

Launceston Farm is a luxurious Georgian farmhouse in North Dorset, with six stylish and homely ensuite bedrooms. On either side of the farmhouse are two self-contained one-bedroom cottages, each with its own living room, kitchen, shower room and private courtyard with an outdoor bath. A stunning new 12m indoor swimming pool & sauna awaits, for your exclusive use, just a short walk away. With huge walled gardens and an orchard to explore, the surrounding countryside is part of the 'Cranbourne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and can be discovered simply by stepping out of the farm gate.

Launceston Farm is roughly a 2 hour drive from London, a 10 minute drive to the market town of Blandford Forum and a 40 minute drive to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

Yoga sessions will be rooted in the principles of Yoga Therapy and will include: physical practices to release tension and restore balance, calming breathwork to regulate the nervous system and steady the mind, and guided relaxation and meditation for deep rest.

There will also be an opportunity to enjoy an immersive Sound Bath designed to relax, restore and elevate.. Onsite massage and 1:1 Yoga Therapy sessions can be arranged separately at your convenience.​

Food

Nourishing food is such an important part of a retreat. Throughout your stay, you’ll enjoy a delicious vegetarian menu designed to be balanced, wholesome and deeply satisfying. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared to support gut health and help maintain steady blood-glucose levels, keeping you energised and well nourished throughout your stay.
Your retreat price includes all meals: a light breakfast, brunch, dinner, afternoon snacks, plus tea and coffee. Dietary requirements can be accommodated.

Prices

Prices include: accommodation, all yoga sessions, all meals, use of swimming pool and sauna and the Sound Bath. Excluded from the price is the  1-1 yoga therapy (which is an optional extra).

 

Remaining accomadation 

One Farmhouse Room - Stay in the beautifully restored farmhouse with the option of:

* Single occupancy - £875

* Twin Shared occupancy - £675 per person

The Bothy Cottage - For a more private retreat experience: 

* Twin shared occupancy - £775 per person

* Single occupancy - £995

​

Deposit: £200 at time of booking. Balance to be paid by Monday 13th July 2026.

Staggered payment options are available - details will be sent upon booking.

Cancellation policy:

If you are unable to attend once you have booked, any monies paid will be refunded in full up to Monday 22nd June 2026 (three months prior to the retreat start date). After this date, I will do my best to fill your space. If I am unable to do so, I regret that I will not be able to offer a refund.

For bookings made after 13th July 2026, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Refunds for bookings after this date cannot be guaranteed, although I will always do my best to refill the space and offer a refund where possible.​
