Evening Exhale - A Sunday Yoga Practice for Nervous System Reset 

Join Sammie for a monthly in-person Sunday evening practice designed to help you exhale deeply, release tension, and gently settle into the month ahead.

Each session may include: 

  • Gentle yoga suitable for all levels

  • Breathing practices and nervous system regulation practices

  • Mindful movement to release tension and reconnect with the body

  • Restorative and grounding postures

  • Guided relaxation and meditation

 

Who are these sessions for?

These sessions are for anyone feeling:

  • Overwhelmed, stressed, or mentally busy

  • Tired, depleted, or emotionally drained

  • Disconnected from their body or in need of rest

  • Drawn to slower, more nourishing styles of yoga

  • Ready to close the weekend with calm and intention

  • No previous experience of yoga necessary

What to bring

  • A yoga mat (a limited number are available to borrow)

  • Blanket

  • Cushion or bolster, if you have one

  • Anything that helps you feel cosy and relaxed

Monday Night Hatha Yoga Class

Start your week with a regular Monday night online yoga class. 

Different themes and focuses, keep the classes fresh, fun and interesting and completely shape the content of each one. Sometimes a theme will incite a strong, dynamic and challenging class, whilst other times a gentler and more restorative class. Either way, modifications for each posture allow individuals to ‘start where they are’ and go at their own pace, always in a supportive and compassionate environment. 

Each class aims to get the energy flowing, improve body tone, strength, flexibility and posture, as well as ease physical and mental tension, rejuvenate, relax and provide an opportunity to breathe and find stillness.

Each session may include: 

  • Yoga suitable for all levels

  • Breathing practices (pranayama)

  • Mindful movement to release tension and reconnect with the body

  • Restorative and grounding postures

  • Guided relaxation and meditation

Online - Zoom

 

Monday Evenings | 7:30pm - 8:45pm

Run on a weekly basis, bar occasional holidays
